Why is there a $75 refundable deposit for the Colonial Upgrade Package
?
Simply put, we need to make sure we get our
signposts back! The signposts are expensive. In order to keep
the cost of listing low, we reuse our signposts, assuming they are returned to
us in good condition. So simply send the signpost back to us with all
parts and in good condition, and we’ll gladly send you a $75 check to refund
your deposit.
Okay, I’ve mailed you my listing information. Now what?

Wait for an email entitled “online” or a call to tell you your listing is
online. This will let you know your listing has been designed and is now
online and available for interested buyers to view 24 hours a day.

Your yard sign(s) should arrive within 7 business days after your listing is available
online. Be sure to check your city's regulations for signs when installing your
yard sign and directional corner sign.

We highly recommend you place some ads in newspapers of your choice from time
to time. If you do, many of our customers have found success in including our
website address (SellWIHomes.com) and their property's listing number in the
ad. The majority of people who call after seeing your newspaper advertisement
will likely say they visited your property's online listing as well. Many
buyers we have talked to are more likely to pay attention to ads that have
websites where they can view the property, and of course it's always great to
give your ad that edge. Also, even if you were to spend $100 in advertising,
you still save yourself thousands more than if you listed with a realtor.
