1. Print and fill out the LISTING FORM. (Adobe Acrobat Reader required to view/print form.) Be sure to circle which package you would like and to completely fill out the Price & Additional Options section.
   
   
2. Take photographs of your property (either on a digital camera or ask for a photo CD when you have your pictures developed) and include the disk/CD with your form, or email pictures to info@sellwisconsinhomes.com .  Photos will not be returned.  (Read "Tips For Taking Photos.") Photos are not required, but are highly recommended. Listings with pictures get many more hits than listings without.
   
   
3. Fill out completely and sign the SELLER INFO CARD. (Adobe Acrobat Reader required to view/print form.)
   
   
4. Determine the total cost of your listing. Please make checks out to “Sell Wisconsin Homes”

5. Mail your 1) Listing Form 2) CD or disk of photos 3) Seller Info Card and 4) check to:

Once we receive your Listing Form, Photos, Seller Info Card, and check, we will design your online listing. (This will normally take 1-2 business days.) When your listing is online, we will send you an email titled ‘Online’ or call you to let you know. You will receive your sign(s) within 2-7 business days after your listing is available online.
